A Firefly's Exemption

He stood in her doorway,
Her eyes lit his night.
He pushed her lightly into her
Door frame,
She put up no fight.
He gazed into her brown eyes.
She looked around,
Noticing they were being
Surrounded by fireflies.
The mood of the night told no lies.
They didn't want the night to go by.
They lingered longer,
Touching eachother's lips,
His hands movin down to her hips.
Spontaneous it was.
The night was finally
Sweet and just.
