The lights were down low,
I heard your breath linger
In my ear.
Your sweet hands brushed

Leaving me unable to speak.

And tilted so gently.
Our lips touched
And we kissed so honestly.
You smiled at me,
Your dimples shining
Through the darkness.
Your eyes never left me,

With your arms embracing me
Like the smooth, dead of night sea,
My head laid gently against your chest

The warmth was like grace
